| Active Complaint | Complaints that are still in process, which includes: newly received, investigations, decisions outstanding, referred to a hearing, and awaiting completion of orders etc. |
| Complaints Closed | Complaints that have been resolved with all orders completed by the Registrant. |
| Rate of Complaints | Also known as “percentage of LPNs with a complaint out of all LPNs,” this is the percentage of registrants with at least one complaint against them out of the total number of practicing registrants. |
| Interjurisdictional ApplicantsĀ | Applicants who are currently registered in another Canadian jurisdiction and plan to remain registered in their home jurisdiction while practicing in Alberta. |
