The Immunization Regulation requires that health practitioners report adverse events following immunization to Alberta Health Services within three days of becoming aware and by Alberta Health Services to the Chief Medical Officer of Health within four days, and sets out requirements for the storage, handling, and transportation of vaccines. This Regulation also requires that health practitioners report immunization information and assessments electronically to Alberta Health within seven days.
