Professional development is an important part of maintaining competence. Health Care Aides are responsible for assessing their individual knowledge and competence to identify whether a knowledge gap exists.
The CLHA will provide educational opportunities in a variety of formats to promote the continuing competence of HCAs.
A webinar is a live seminar attended using an internet-connected computer or mobile device, allowing participants in different locations to see and hear the live presenter and ask questions. Registration is required. Upcoming webinars can be viewed in the News section of the website.
Learning modules have been developed by the CLHA and external subject matter experts to help HCAs meet their learning goals.
HCAs will be able to access learning modules by logging into their account on MyCLHA.
