Revisions

September 2026 – updated to increase the minimum number of registrant members required for Panels of Council, Hearing Tribunals, and Complaint Review Committees. The changes also reflect a new consensus-based approach to decision-making.

February 2, 2026 – new Bylaws reflect name change from CLPNA to CLHA.

December 2024 – Student memberships will no longer be accepted. Students with current membership will remain on the non-regulated register until their three-year validity period expires.
