Information on the CLHA Website

The College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA) has relaunched its website under CLHA.com to reflect the organization’s new name and mandate.

How to Navigate the Website

The website consists of three sections:

  • Webpages for any website visitors: includes information for the public about the CLHA, its Council, complaints, education approvals, and research.
  • HCA webpages: includes applicant and renewal information, the HCA Knowledge Hub, and HCA news.
  • LPN webpages: includes applicant and renewal information, the LPN Knowledge Hub, and LPN news.

When you first visit “CLHA.com,” you will need to select either “HCA” or “LPN” in order to view pages, resources, and documents for the profession. You can navigate between the LPN and HCA sides of the website using the toggle on the menu bar at the top of the page.

How Can I Make Sure I’m Accessing the Correct Information?

All HCA documents and web pages will use blue for headings, banners, etc. LPN documents and pages will use purple. You should be able to quickly identify whether specific information is relevant to you by looking at the colours used.

If a document uses both colours, it is relevant to both professions.
