Maintaining accurate information helps ensure you receive important communications and that your professional records remain current.

Please review and update the following information in your MyCLHA Profile:

• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Employer/Organization Name
• Employment Status (Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual)

Note: Practice hours can be updated during the registration renewal process in September.
