Webinar: Professional Responsibility and Accountability for LPNs (March 26)

As regulated professionals, LPNs are accountable for their practice and behaviour. They are expected to take responsibility for the care they provide and behave in a trustworthy, reliable, and professional manner. They are also expected to follow the legal, professional, and ethical standards of their profession.

The CLHA’s webinar on Professional Responsibility and Accountability for LPNs explores key concepts that include:

  • working within LPN scope of practice,
  • professionalism,
  • abandonment of care,
  • professional boundaries, and
  • privacy concerns with social media.

This webinar will illustrate these topics with practical examples, helping LPNs better understand their professional responsibilities.

The webinar includes a live Q&A with representatives from the CLHA’s Practice and Conduct departments.
